Hello friends! Im going to try and make my Sephora wish list a monthly thing from now on. So that’s what todays post is going to be about! It feels like theres new makeup being released every day, and it’s kind of hard to stay up to date. So these posts will probably feature a mix of new releases and older stuff I haven’t had the chance to try yet.

So, without further ado, here’s my Sephora wish list for March 2019!

My Sephora Wish List Graphic

  1. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation
I’ve been really struggling to find a foundation that really works for me lately. Nothing seems to stay on my face all day no matter what I do… So I figure it might be time to call in the big guns… AKA Lancome. I’ve heard amazing things about this foundation, so I’d really like to give it a try! I just really hope it’s as long wearing as it says it is.
  2. Clinique Even Better Foundation
This foundation claims to improve the look of your skin with every wear… So if I can cover up my discolouration while helping it, well then sign me up! This seems like a good everyday foundation that isn’t to heavy and cakey. And with 50 shades, there’s gotta be one that’s pale enough for me!
  3. Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser
This is a product that I know for sure I’ll be purchasing soon! Once my current cleanser runs out, I’ll be heading over to Sephora to pick this up! It’s a scrub and cleanser in one, so it’s less work and less products for me to have to buy. I’ve been really enjoying products from Origins lately, so I’m excited to try some more.
  4. Milk Makeup Blur Liquid Matte Foundation
I’m really intrigued by Milk Makeup’s products – probably because I haven’t tried many of them yet. I’ve heard really mixed reviews about this product, so I’d like to give it a try. And you’ve already heard about how I can’t find a good foundation… so maybe this is it? The only downfall is that my Sephora doesn’t carry this product in store so I’d have to guess my colour and order online.
  5. Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb
As someone with really oily skin, it’s hard for me to find a moisturizer that isn’t too heavy. This is a gel-like formula that is light but effective. With 4.5/5 stars on Sephora, it’s gotta be good, right? I’m currently not even close to finishing my current moisturizer, but once it’s done I might give this one a try!
  6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera Palette
I’m going to be completely honest here and say that half the reason that I want this palette is just to have it in my collection. I swear the did that on purpose by making all their recent palettes look similar so people want to collect them. Anyway, the colour story is perfect to spring, and it’s nice to have all your bright colours in one place instead of scattered between multiple palettes. I’m thinking that I’ll probably pick up this palette in the next couple weeks while it’s still new.
  7. Make Up For Ever Let’s Gold Eyeshadow Palette
This honestly looks like the perfect nude eyeshadow palette. It’s not totally warm toned, which I hate, and it’s not totally cool toned. It’s a nice mix of shimmers and mattes, and Make Up For Ever is more of a professional brand, so the quality has got to be there too. While to some it seems a little boring, to me it’s the perfect all in one palette.
  8. Violet Voss Flamingo Pro Eyeshadow Palette
While this isn’t a new palette, it’s the perfect palette for the upcoming summer weather! Like I said about the Riviera palette, it’s nice to have all your bright shades in one place. This palette has a little bit of everything, blue, pink, purple, orange, yellow, green – you name it! And $60 isn’t too bad if it has all the colours that you’re looking for.

Well, there you have it friends! What’s on your current Sephora wish list?!

To be honest mine changes weekly, because there’s always new products being released. And half of the time I impulse buy new things, and the products that I’ve been pining after tend to take a back burner.

The other thing is that it’s more difficult to get some of the products that I have my eye on here in Canada. I’ve wanted to try out Shape Tape ever since it came out, but it’s an Ulta exclusive. So my options are order from Ulta or order from Tarte. I’m not opposed to online shopping – Amazon Prime is my best friend – but it’s hard when you can only get some products online. Same goes for brands like BH Cosmetics or Makeup Revolution! I don’t want to keep paying $15 for shipping, but I also can’t keep spending $50-100 to get free shipping.

Anyway, now my wish list post has turned into a rant about shipping – oops!

That’s it for this months wish list – now let’s see what’s released between this month’s and next months.

Until next time,

Britt
