Hello friends! I know it’s been a while, and after taking a little bit of a hiatus I’m ready to come back to the blog. Working retail (especially as a manager) during Christmas is a little overwhelming and a lot exhausting. Now that it’s over, I’m back with a bunch of new content and I have so many new things to show off to you guys! Starting with what today’s post is about, which is Colourpop Wittle.
Now, you’re probably thinking, “what the heck is wittle?”
Wittle is a gorgeous Super Shock Shadow by Colourpop, and just happens to be one that I received for my birthday recently!
It’s a gorgeous purple/red/pink with little hints of blue. It’s hard to explain, so I’m just going to show you:
And there you have it, Colourpop Wittle.
Because it’s a duochrome it’s really hard to capture what it actually looks like, but here’s a swatch for you guys. It definitely looked a little bit different when I applied it to my eyes, but at least you can get an idea of what it looks like.
Long story short, IT’S BEAUTIFUL.
I love the super shock shadow formula, and I’m partial to the glitter finish. I find they’re super easy to use, whether you want a nice all over the lid colour or something more precise. Using your finger seems to be the most popular method of application, and I totally agree! I’ve tried a few different brushes, and none of them got the same level of pigmentation that my finger did. You can try adding a little bit on setting spray or fix+, but I honest didn’t really see much of a different.
The only thing you need to really watch is how long you leave the lid open for. If you don’t close it nice and tight you can have your shadows dry out which makes them way harder to use.
Overall, I can really see this being one of my new favourite eyeshadow colours! I’m slowly getting more comfortable using more colour, and this is a great way to do so!
Have you ever used Colorpop Wittle before? Whats your favourite colourpop shadow?
